Polenta with Josty Camelina Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup polenta
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of water
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • A handful of fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Josty Camelina Oil for Drizzling
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Bring the vegetable stock and water to the boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat and slowly stir in the polenta.
