Melon and dried ham salad with Josty walnut oil

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cantaloupe melon, cut into cubes
  • handful of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 burrata ball
  • 100 g dried ham, in thin slices
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons Josty walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Arrange the cantaloupe, tomatoes and burrata on a serving plate.

  2. Place the dried ham over the salad.

  3. For the dressing, mix the Josty walnut oil, balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad.

  5. Garnish the salad with fresh basil leaves.
