Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (cow's milk, almond milk or another milk alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 teaspoon Josty linseed oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the chia seeds and milk well.
- Add the honey or maple syrup and stir well again.
- Stir in the Josty linseed oil.
- Cover the bowl and let the chia pudding rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight until it sets.
- Before serving, stir the pudding well again to achieve an even consistency.
- Pour the chia pudding into glasses or bowls and garnish with fresh berries.
- Garnish with additional toppings such as chopped nuts or cocoa nibs and serve as desired.
