Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup plant milk (e.g. almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Josty grape seed oil
Directions:
- Peel the ripe banana and cut it into pieces.
- Peel the ripe mango, remove the flesh from the stone and cut into pieces.
- Put the banana and mango pieces into a blender together with the plant milk, turmeric powder and Josty grape seed oil.
- Mix everything well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
